Love my kitchenaid hand mixer! September 30, 2010

Pros:
QuietI have owned my KitchenAid hand mixer for about four months now. I am really impressed by its power and quietness. Through thick doughs and mashed potatoes it still runs smoothly. I really like the different attachments that came included with the mixer, not just the standard mixing wands. The biggest plus for me was the noise level- I was very happy and surprised with how quiet it is! My last hand mixer was so loud you could barely talk over it- this one hums in comparison. It isn't too heavy for long jobs although it has substance to it. The release button works nicely. Be sure to put the attachments in the correct slots as they are made for one or the other- it won't really hurt the mixer, they just won't click in and out properly. I am very pleased with this mixer, I really cannot think of anything about it that I don't like! It even came in a variety of colors to choose from.

Pros:
Sexy designThis 5-speed KitchenAid appliance meets all my expectations for a hand-held 5-speed mixer. It has a strong motor, yet runs quietly. Its beaters are a cinch to install, remove and clean, and its cord is long enough so it can be used wherever I want on the countertop. This model uses a sexy design, which is enhanced by its killer red color.

My KitchenAid hand mixer is a pleasure to use! Quiet as a kitten's purr, and as smooth as mixing butter; it is as light as a feather and simple to use, but does the job so much better than those with beaters three times as thick! There is no strain or hesitation with my KitchenAid, and it does the job in half the time as other models. I would and do recommend the 5-speed KitchenAid hand mixer to all my friends and relatives who are in the market for a new mixer. I am more than just pleased with the KitchenAid and its operation -- I am delighted to own such a wonderful appliance!
