Can my order be delivered internationally? Yes, we are pleased to offer an international shopping and delivery experience to our domestic and international customers. With our third party partnership with FiftyOne, we support foreign currencies and payment in full of all applicable duties and taxes at the time of checkout for all our international orders. The total price of your international order (merchandise landed cost) is guaranteed at the time of checkout and you are not required to pay anything (no COD) at delivery. How do I select or change the currency or country to which I want to ship my products? Please visit sears.com/international anytime to select or change which country you would like us to ship your order and also the currency in which you would like to view the product prices.
Alternatively, you can also click "Change Country" next to the country flag on the top right corner of most pages (see image below) to get the same menu and change your selections. As a third option, you can also change the destination of your product at the time of checkout where you are required to enter the shipping address for delivering the product.

How do I find products that can be shipped internationally? Depending on various restrictions, Sears restricts the products that are available for shipping by country. Please visit sears.com/international or click the "Change Country" next to the country flag on the top right of most pages to automatically only display the products available for shipping to your selected country. You can look for desired product(s) using the product categories & listings on your left or using the search bar at the top of the page. As general examples, we are unable to internationally ship flammable, oversized or heavy products.
What are the voltage specifications of your appliances? Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all the appliances we sell on sears.com/international are designed for use with 110V. We are constantly working to expand our assortment and bring our international customers more product choices and conveniences.
Are there any items that cannot be shipped to my country because they are restricted? If for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. and/or imported into the selected destination country, our partner FiftyOne will notify you during the checkout process. As general examples, we are unable to internationally ship flammable, oversized or heavy products.
Are manufacturer warranties valid outside of the United States? Unfortunately, all manufacturer guarantees and warranties are considered void outside the United States.

How much does international shipping cost? International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping option (Standard/Express), the number of items you purchase, the weight of the items, and the destination country postal code. International shipping costs will be calculated during the FiftyOne checkout process based on these factors, the products you are purchasing and your specific shipping destination. Please note that the total price of your international order (merchandise landed cost) is guaranteed at the time of checkout and you are not required to pay anything (no COD) at delivery.
How much duties, customs tariffs, VAT and/or taxes are charged on international orders? Duties, customs tariffs, VAT and/or taxes are set by the destination country and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that FiftyOne supports. The amount of applicable duties, customs tariffs, VAT and/or taxes will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by FiftyOne within the Global Checkout. Please note that the total price of your international order (merchandise landed cost) is guaranteed at the time of checkout and you are not required to pay anything (no COD) at delivery.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order? No. The total order price displayed at the time of checkout by our partner, FiftyOne will be the full amount that you will be billed. This total amount is inclusive of all shipping costs from the U.S. to your selected international destination as well as any applicable duties, custom tariffs, VAT and taxes as determined by the destination customs and revenue authorities. The total price of your international order (merchandise landed cost) is guaranteed at the time of checkout and you are not required to pay anything (no COD) at delivery.
When am I billed? Your credit card will be billed by FiftyOne at the time your order(s) leaves the U.S for the destination country/shipping address that you specify at checkout.
What will my credit card statement say? Your credit card will be billed by our partner, FiftyOne and your credit card statement will read "51*SEARS.COM".
Can I use coupons, promotional codes, and special shipping offers from sears.com on my order? Unless otherwise specified, coupons, promotional codes, and special shipping offers on sears.com do not apply to international orders at this time. We do however run various marketing promotions and special offers exclusively for our international customers (sometimes at the time of checkout). Please be sure to visit us often to check out the latest offers & promotions.
DELIVERY
Is there a limit to how much I can ship? Currently, shipments are limited to 60 lbs (27.2 kg). Orders over 60 lbs will be separated into multiple shipments, if possible. This might increase certain shipping fees associated with your order.

Can I deliver my order to multiple addresses? We only accept one shipping address per order. However, you can place as many separate orders you like specifying a different shipping address for each order.

How do I track my package? Please go to sears.com/international. Click the "Track My Order" web link (see below) on the left side of the page or click here. Enter the Order Number and your Email Address to track your order while it is being delivered by our partner, FiftyOne and its network of international & local carriers.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
How do I contact customer service? If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us by email at: international@customerservice.sears.com. Your questions will be answered within 1-2 business days.
Can I Change My Order? Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order.
Can I cancel my order? Due to our commitment to processing orders quickly for our international customers, there is only a short period of time in which you may cancel your already placed order. If your order has not yet been sent to a Sears' warehouse for fulfillment, you can cancel the entire order. We are unable to cancel the order once the order has been sent to the warehouse for fulfillment or if already released for fulfillment by the third party merchant. To cancel your order, please provide us your order number by email international@customerservice.sears.com. If your order is cancelled prior to reaching the Sears' or the third party merchant warehouse, you will not be charged for the shipping fees, customs tariffs, VAT and/or taxes associated with the order.
Can I return my order? We are only able to accept returns if the product being returned is a Sears or Kmart product and if the order was shipped/delivered to you by a carrier other than FedEx. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of products that are sold on our website by third party merchants. We are also unable to accept returns of orders shipped/delivered to you by FedEx. We are constantly working to have a more flexible return policy and bring our international customers more choices and conveniences.

For returns of products sold by Sears or Kmart from the countries listed above, please contact us by email at international@customerservice.sears.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship your returns, the cost of return shipping and the amount you will be refunded. We will also provide you with an RMA number and the address of the closest FiftyOne return facility to which you should ship your returns. If an item is damaged, our partner FiftyOne will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties, customs tariffs, VAT and/or taxes originally paid on the returning item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. If you choose to return any item for any other reason, our partner FiftyOne will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties, customs tariffs, VAT and/or taxes originally paid on the returning item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. You may be required to incur the shipping related expenses.
Your must initiate the return process within 90 days of placing the order to be eligible for a return.
