Product Description

Kenmore Elite 5.5 cu. ft. Dual-Fuel Range - Convenience at its Best

Combining a strong gas cooktop and a large convection oven, the Kenmore Elite dual-fuel range 7535 is a versatile and stylish addition to any kitchen. Its sleek design can easily fit in the smallest of kitchens, while the spacious convection oven and recessed grate cooktop look great and stylish in larger kitchens, too. This dual-fuel range features a Turbo Boil Flex 5-burner cooktop that can handle both simple dish simmers and intricate food preparations requiring extreme heat. Continuous grates make it easy to slide heavy cooking pots to back burners, freeing up space for more complicated dishes.

  • The Gas Turbo Boil FLEX™ delivers 500 to 18,000 BTU performance, rapidly heating and slowly warming on a single burner, so you can warm, boil and simmer without moving the pan.
  • Strategically placed in the center, the 10,000 BTU oval burner provides fast heating for larger pans, griddles and odd-sized cookware, making quick work of large meals.
  • True Convection combines a powerful fan with a hidden heating element to spread heat evenly, helping bake, brown and crisp everything from turkeys and roasts to brownies and pies.
  • With a stylish, sleek surface and hidden controls, the warming drawer, featuring variable temperature control, is perfect for everything from multi-course meals to delayed dinners.
  • The Self-cleaning function conveniently cleans the oven's interior using high temperatures to burn spills, soil and soot away without a bit of scrubbing.
  • Precision Set™ ESEC Controls and a digital readout let you make precise adjustments from simmer to a rolling boil, giving you control and accuracy with every meal.

Absolutely gorgeous and AMAZING range. Cosmetic excellence. Love it!
DISREGARD THE 1 STAR REVIEW (APPEARS TO BE BOGUS)! We had to special order this Kenmore Elite because our local Sears store did not have this Confection Gas Range Oven on the floor as a model. It's tough, when you can't touch and feel, but we took the risk. We've had the range for about a month, and frankly, each and everyday I'm blown away. First, the appearance. We looked at the competition, including other appliance dealers and retailers. The Kenmore Elite we think, is the best looking of it's class. It really pops! Almost a commercial look, (except for the 30' slide in), this range is stunning and beautiful. In terms of it's performance, we love it. Back to cosmetics, it has this Blue LED "accent light". It's a bonus, as it has a cosmetically blue horizontal light that can optionally turn on when the range or oven is on, or just the timer. Credit to the design engineers. The delivery guys were new on the job, not seasoned, but I overlooked this weakness. Couldn't be happier. I personally feel it's the best in it's class and worth every penny.

don't buy this (or anything else from sears!)
Was just informed it would be TWO MONTHS to receive the display panel this stove (it doesn't run without it). Worst customer service in the world!!! On top of that, it's not nearly as nice as described... bakes & broils unevenly & burners don't work very well, center oblong burner is particularly useless for pancakes, etc. since it works poorly to heat oblong grill pans: one half is of food is undercooked while the other half is burnt. Also, some trim parts cracked within the first few months.

Overall
An excellent value duel fuel range.

I was in the market to replace a LG smooth top that was a nightmare to use. I had made my mind up to switch to gas, and was settling on either a Kenmore or KitchenAid. The salesman at my local Sears said that since I had electric range already I should consider a duel fuel as a replacement. This would be the best of both worlds, gas top with a electric oven. They did not have one in stock to show me but after thinking it over decided to order this range. I have absolutely no regrets. This range is the best I have ever owned. The gas top brings water to a boil very quickly, Sauces simmer perfectly. I have not used the griddle burner, so can't say anything about it. Since I bake a fair amount I can only say this oven rocks. The convection feature is heads and tails better than my LG. Pies and cookies are perfectly done, I have had to adjust my bake times since this oven cooks "fast". Lastly the installation/delivery team was outstanding, both guys did a excellent job and spent time giving me a brief overview of all the features. For the price this is a excellent value.
