I purchased this heater to use on our annual tent camping vacation. I like the size and design of it. It heats up quick and blows the hot air effectively. If I could change anything, it would be to turn off the heat and just use it as a fan. I used it 7 nights straight with the temps in the 40's and was very comfortable.
I got this for my room to add to the heat from my main furnace since the furnace sometimes just blows cool air as it starts up and shuts down. This one is nice looking, light, and quiet although if you keep your limbs in its path for some time, it's too hot. You can also use it's hot air to loosen glued objects!

Was desperate for a heater and purchased it at the store. It wasn't new but purchased it anyway after testing it at the store. Pros: portable, quick to heat up, adjustable thermostat, blue/red indicator.
This was a much needed heater since our central heating system went out right as we were in the 20's. All the heaters were sold out and Sears had these two only and we took them. They kept our bedroom nice and toasty and made the downstairs living room with our fireplace bearable.

This is a fabulous device for a whole thirty seconds. It was advertised pretty well, on sale, so I thought I would give it a shot. Nothing kills a bad product faster than good advertising. I took it home, read the instructions and plugged it in. I cranked the thermostat to about 4 o'clock and let it heat up my room... For about thirty seconds. Then the heat just stopped and the whole device turned off. So I began to play around with the thermostat and figured out that once the thermostat reaches whatever set temperature, it turns off until it feels like starting again. Then you can crank the dial to reheat your room for about thirty seconds. It is definitely not for someone looking to heat up their room while watching TV. You really have to attend every second of your time to this thing. This thing is too much of a nuisance to use and I will be getting my money back soon. Now I know why it was on sale. Not worth it.
