This Kenmore slow cooker is a good quality cooker.
I bought this slow cooker for a very good price! I loved the way that it looked and the smaller warmer that came with it. It seems very durable and is made with quality materials. The glass top is a heavy duty glass. I love the oval shape of the cooker and it fits nicely in a cabinet. The smaller cooker fits nicely inside the larger one which is a plus if you are short on space. I love the modern, stainless steel look of this cooker. It goes well with other Kenmore small kitchen appliances like the blender and coffee maker. It is very easy to use and the directions are easy to read. The smaller cooker is great to use for football parties. I like to put dip in it and it keeps it nice and hot! Overall, I have had no problems with this slow cooker, therefore I would definately recommend it.

HORRIBLE! DOESN'T COOK! DO NOT BUY!

I have used this 3 times now, each time it didn't cook the food properly (would need to cook twice the amount of time as it should). Wasted money and time on 3 meals and then had to buy carryout so we had something to eat that night. This is going back!

Doesn't cook

My food can cook all day on high and the vegetables are always crunchy. Doesn't cook, not worth the money.

Great Slow Cooker

We were looking for a larger slow cooker and this was one of the largest models we could find. It also had flexible controls to adjust time and temperature which many other models didn't have. Great product.

Great for the price

I purchased this cooker to replace a pricier programmable one that had died. I loved it from the first day. The little crock is perfect for dips or taking to work to keep my food warm. For those that said it never got hot, did you make sure that you hadn't set the pot to warm? It defaults to that and you have to change it.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

I had been wanting to get a 7 qt upgrade from my 5 qt Crock Pot and when I saw this one I jumped on it. I have already used it several times and am very happy with this product!

Do Not Recommend

Bought this today. Started cooking my 3 lb roast at 1 pm & now at 8 pm the vegetables are not cooked & the roast is tough. Returning it tomorrow. My cheap old slow cooker works better than this one. Very disappointed.

This product is very disappointing

I don't have an issue with the way the cooker works, the problem is the rubber feet don't stay attached to the bottom. After re-attaching one on the back side of the unit several times, the inevitable happened and it was lost. The manual has no part numbers listed for ANY of the parts, and when I looked on-line at partsdirect, there is no listing for the product. Further, when I called for assistance, the tech couldn't find the part either. He did further research and told me that there were no parts available for this product. So now we have a ooker that wobbles every time we use it.

Love the larger, oval design and digital precision!

I purchased these looking for a larger crock cooker that could accommodate poultry and cuts of meat sized for a family of 4. This cooker is perfect for that! My only complaint about this crock cooker would be the ease of denting/damage to the sides since the sides are soft metal (mine was dinged by a ceramic mixing bowl being pushed backward to create room for dough roll out). We were surprised at how little it took to leave a ding that pronounced, but I love the digital cooking ability and timing options. The dipper is a bit small...small than the old crock potpourri warmers. It's size make it more of a warmer for a couple or someone living alone. The dipper is not digital, but rather on/off by plugging into an outlet.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Buy the warranty ...

We bought the extended warranty "Buy the Warranty" . We purchased this slow cooker after our previous one developed Hamilton hairline cracks. After 4-months this cooker also developed hairline cracks. I loved this cooker, it has hefty and the pot was easy to clean. I however use a slow cooker 6-10 times a month. I need the ease of a slow cooker to cook foods, while I sleep for my rotating shifts. I love to wake up to hot food and my wife loves having food ready when she gets home also. We bought the Crock Pot and will post a review , if and when this one either performs or fails. We also bought the extended warranty for this one also. note; Sears was fast with the refund by mailing a gift card for the complete refund of the purchase price. Thank you Sears for your service.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Quality Crock Pot

Solid product, the extra small 'dipper' is good for dips (shock). The main unit works as expected and we're happy with it.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
