I think this water heater was a good purchase. It was easy to install, and I like the electronic pilots. No using matches. It is easy to light.Water gets hot faster than other heaters I had
The salesman that helped me was fantastic. I was going to buy the more expensive model so I would have a greater warranty period. He showed me how I could save money buying this model and adding the extended warranty. I was able to get the same day installation. I was extremely impressed with the knowledgeable, efficiency of the installer. Everything was done to code, and he even took the time and effort to check our outside faucets were properly shut off due to the extreme cold weather. I love how quickly the water heats! Great service, great installation, great warranty and GREAT product! I would highly recommend!

I love my new water heater. First, I am so glad it is not white! More importantly, the recovery time is excellent, and even when we use it first thing in the morning, there is plenty of hot water to go around. Not so with the Rheem I replaced this with, although it did last for 12 years. I was also pleased that the installer explained the need to drain it for regular protective maintenance!
Just replaced a Rheem with this unit. The installer explained how much safer this is than the old hot water heaters. About the same noise level as the Rheem. Heated all 50 gallons within an hour. Doesn't seem to run as much as the Rheem did. Probably has more and better insulation.
