excellent product, the grill goods the food great. I like the all stainless steel construction, and the swivel wheels makes the moving of the grill a lot easier.
I purchased this grill online just over 2 months ago. We had a ton of delivery issues and ended up having to pick it up at a local store. Not a good start, although customer service at the store did take good care of me. Positives: 1) The grill looks sharp. 2) It is very lightweight and easy to move as needed. 3) Assembly was pretty simple (maybe 2 hours). 4) I LOVE the searing burner. It works exceptionally well on steaks. Negatives: 1) Rust is showing up in multiple areas. These include around screws, random joints, grease pans and the searing burner. Note the "stainless" on this grill is magnetic, in fact so magnetic that my magnetic screwdriver bit kept being drawn to it during assembly. Good stainless is not, and now I am paying the price. 2) It is lightweight and a bit flimsy. It weighs half as much as my Kenmore grill from 10+ years ago. It doesn't feel "solidly" built. 3) The inside is stainless as well. This makes it nearly impossible to see when a burner is lit. In the daytime you cannot see any flames, even when lit. 4) Both grease pans fill completely with water EVERY TIME it rains. 5) Within a week condensation had completely fogged over the temp gauge. It is not waterproof. Overall, sadly I don't see this grill lasting more than a couple years at this rate. The quality of Kenmore grills isn't what it used to be. Charbroil manufactures all Kenmore grills these days, so maybe that is part of the problem.
Easy to assemble and it looks great. I've used the searing burner a few times and it works well, but I don't really see the benefit. I love the grill though. The heat is even and it holds the heat in (use less propane).

Assembly was very time consuming and the door brackets to keep the doors from flying open were missing. Took a second try to get the burners to light, but everything seems to be working fine now.
I found every part including hardware to be stainless steel. The grade is highly magnetic indicating 430 stainless which is the lowest grade of stainless steel. I used past wax on the few weld joints and at all screw locations. These points may get rust spots if not cleaned and protected. Considering that 304 grade stainless grills with same features and size would be over $2000.00 this is a great deal that with a cleaning and polish or wax should last ten or more years. My previous stainless burners and stainless heat concentrator with a powder coated steel base rusted out in five years of covered use. Powder coated (painted) steel doesn't last in a grill with the thermal cycling and heat.

This was sold as a Stainless Steel grill. It was very nice after i put it together. It was shinny and looked great. I broke the grill in per instructions 3-5 min on high. I put this out on my covered patio and covered it with a kenmore cover June 30. On Saturday July 5, I uncovered the grill to in front of my family and to my surprise the whole outside surface was covered in RUST. STAINLESS STEEL SHOULD NOT RUST IN 5 days. This grill was made in CHINA. Shame on you Sears for selling such an inferior product. Buyer beware.
I had another Kenmore steel grill that gave up the bottom and I replaced it on July 5th, 2014 with this model(bought it on line based on the reviews). Looks great but has two major problems. Based on the SqFt comparison of the old and new grills, this grill is short of one and preferably two burners and flame tamers. The grill is very hot even at low setting which seems the gas orifice is not adjusted properly. The flame tamer are too far apart. I think Sears has to add at least one more burner to make it decent. If I knew the short coming, I would not buy it but can live with it.
Best packing I have ever seen. Great job. Easy to assemble. Grill lid was marred but they sent a replacement very quickly. Purchased recommended NG converter that did not fit existing NG line. Had to purchase additional parts. Hopefully stainless steel finish will last. We will see.....
