The Kenmore electric range 9301 offers a versatile surface that can cook a wide range of delicious meals. This Kenmore electric range features a smooth ceramic glass surface with four radiant elements ranging from 6 to 9 inches in diameter. Easy to clean, the flat top can simply be wiped down. Indicator lights tell you when a surface is hot, even when it's off. The oven's Easy Set™ controls, extra-large window and automatic light make it easy to monitor baked foods. Versatile and easy to use, modern kitchens should not be without this Kenmore electric range.

  • Multiple cooking zones allow chefs to choose burners that produce just the right amount of heat, so sauces don’t scorch and steaks are seared perfectly.
  • Giving you easy access, speed and control, Easy Set™ 105 electronic controls provide control over temperature, timer and auto shutoff with the touch of a button.
  • Speed through post-cooking cleanup thanks to a porcelain cooktop surface that helps contain spills, resist scrapes and wipes clean quickly.
  • A convenient storage drawer underneath the oven provides valuable space for storing baking sheets, pans and pizza trays, so they're out of the way but still within reach.

Ive had 2 of these and both had the control panel break out within2 yrs
This is a great stove in every other way,,this is a design flaw from Sears that they wont seem to recognize,, the control panel has 4 plastic tabs that attach it to the bracket. When the stove gets hot,, LIKE STOVES TEND TO DO,,, the plastic brackets weaken and break when you push the buttons to operate the oven. Then Im left with a control panel that falls into the back of the stove. I had hoped they had realized this by the time I bought the second stove 5 yrs later for my next home,,but no. Im having to repair this stainless steel one today. I would be wary of all stoves with inset control panels.

Good buy

I bought this for a rental property. The color was a good fit for the kitchen. It isn't self cleaning. If I had bought it for my house, I would have gotten the self cleaning option.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Pass on this...

I bought this oven 7 years ago and had problems from day one. First the head panel and door handle had to be replaced after several months. Luckily for me, it was still under warranty. The head panel developed a burnt look under the left side ****. It seems that when the oven is in broil mode, it is too hot and this is the result. The tech came out and replaced the head panel. Well since then the handle comes loose on the right side often. I would screw it back in and continue using. Well after years of doing this, the other screw has finally come out and now the glass fell out. The door literally fell apart while cooking. Now I am looking for another stove because the cost to fix this oven is half of what I spent on it and considering the years already used, it makes sense to replace. This model is still out there and I would research this model some more if you are considering buying. I would recommend you buy something else!

Expensive Repairs within two years

Bought this stove in February 2012. Paid approximately $430. The inside of the stove started getting overly hot while temps were turned low. Error code started appearing in the read out (F10), which meant to call a repairman. After waiting 6 weeks, the repairman estimated with labor charges, the repair (a mis-functioning control panel would cost around $340 to replace. Do not buy this stove. Sears needs to address the faulty control panel issues before it is sold to more unsuspecting consumers. It looks great, but everything else is awful!!!

Worked Great

I bought this stove to replace one in a rental. The stove was easy to install and worked with no issues. The renter was impressed since I replaced the old coil top with the smooth top design.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Smooth top range

Looks good, this is the third smooth top range in nearly 40 years. Very easy to keep clean and serves as extra space for countertop when not being used for cooking

I would recommend this product to a friend.

FIRE HAZARD don't buy this stove!

I've had this stove for 2 and a half years and always liked this stove UNTIL now. For the past 2 weeks when I started the oven I'd get a wiff of melting/burning plastic. Finally called a repairman to come look at it but before he came I did alittle online investigating and found NUMEROUS complaints and story after story about this stove catching FIRE! Person after person telling us how Sears has done nothing to fix the problem nor has anyone been satisfied with the outcome of dealing with this serious issue.(as far as any kind of a recall or reimbursement) Since reading what others have had to deal with, I have called and cancelled the repairman and have unplugged this stove and will be going out and buying a new stove tomorrow. And I will never buy from Sears again nor EVER purchase a Kenmore of any sort!
