Kenmore 25.4 cu. ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator - Spacious & Stylish
Loaded with fantastic features, the Kenmore stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator 5002 is both spacious and attractive. This 25.4 cu. ft. side-by-side refrigerator offers an abundance of customizable storage space with 3 gallon-sized door bins, adjustable spill-proof glass shelves and 2 crisper drawers. The roomy 10 cu. ft. of frost free freezer storage includes 3 adjustable shelves, 3 door bins and a pull-out drawer and comes equipped with automatic defrost. The stylish in-door water and ice dispenser sits flush in the door, maintaining the stainless exterior's sleek, streamlined look.
- Gallon door bins easily hold jugs, bottles and gallon containers to help clear the shelves and give you space to stock up.
- Spacious, tight-sealing and designed to control humidity, Kenmore crisper drawers deliver fresh, crunchy fruit and vegetables, so you can stock up on produce.
- Spill-proof tempered glass shelves keep drips, drizzles and spills from spreading throughout the fridge, making cleanup fast and easy.
- An integrated dispenser doles out chilly ice cubes and fresh water to keep you cool and hydrated, while saving you the trouble of hauling ice and water home from the store.
- Diamond LED lighting uses less space than incandescents while delivering the bright illumination you need.

The features of this refrigerator are good, energy saver, easy to clean, strong and spacious compartments, locks up the water and ice dispenser and provides enough lighting. The water filter is at the bottom which conveniently lights up and opens when it is time to replace it.
I recently bought this fridge in black. The configuration of the freezer compartment is poor. The shelves are hard to adjust; must be centered exactly in the holes, which is not cited in the manual. The shelves do not reach the back of the freezer or the sides. The result of this design flaw is items falling off the shelves or getting lodged sideways. The same is true of the refrigerator compartment. The spill-catching shelves do not allow for adequate storage to the edges and result in a loss of space. The ice maker spews ice all over the floor unless you are perfectly lined up with the titled lever. Overall, this refrigerator is a design nightmare. The freezer door shelves are not adjustable. I have had several Kenmore refrigerators and this one is surely the worst. #1 lasted 23 years. #2 lasted 14 years. Life expectancy for this one? 6-8 years. Does not speak well for durability, does it.

This product was definitely worth the purchase and a deal we could not pass up. Was a little large for the opening spot in house but we made it work out. A lot of space and storage on the inside though.

This is a great fridge for the money, however it was not a good buying experience. The amount of time and aggravation involved in purchasing and arranging for delivery was crazy. The delivery crew however was very polite, helpful and efficient. Sears needs to get their act together.
This refrigerator will fit all of your needs, It has lots of space and the shelves are adjustable. I really enjoy the water and ice machine, it is such a great convenience. It is easily cleaned, all the shelves are removable and washable. I love it! It fits all of my family's needs.

The associate was very knowledgeable on the products to help us make the best choice on our appliance. The product is great...was a little big for the spot we wanted it for but made it work out.
A refrigerator is a refrigerator. It's does what it's supposed to do. The only thing that gets me is that even after you stop pressing the button to release the ice the ice still comes out and ends up on the floor. It's like the ice is being thrown out of the chute at 85 mph with no breaks. Granted it is our first refrigerator with an ice maker, so I'm sure once we get the hang of it things will be better.
