Kenmore  2.4 cu. ft. Compact Refrigerator

Easily fits into small spaces. Is good for cans but unable to store liter bottles. Useful for a family room or dorm for short-term storage of snacks etc. No storage drawer on the bottom of the fridge to store fruits and vegetables.

I bought a Kenmore mini refrigerator very simuler to this one manufactured 2010 model 46191782 this refrigerater stopped working (no power) 2 weeks after the year warranty had expired. I called Kenmore to see if they would help but they said I had to pay a Sears repairman to come out which costed more than I paid for the refrigertator.

Wanted a fridge for under mybackdesk. Quite, not highly visible, runs well.

This is my second kenmore mini fridge and again right on the 2 year mark it decides it just doesn't want to stay turned on and keep things cold. The first one I received...Sears gave me a full refund because the back of the unit had literally blown up. But now this second one I got now turns on you hear the compressor but immediately after 5 seconds it switches off. This will just keep going on and on for hours not cooling anything. This is coming from a guy who defrosts every month and keeps the unit super clean. Take your chances if you will, it will work great for a year or 2 but then you'll be looking for a new fridge. It's crazy I have a older mini fridge that's over 15 years old and it's still running like a champ. They sure don't make them like they used to. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

I'm very pleased with this product. Even at a very low setting, products stay cold. I use the unit for storing beverages and snacks. The freezer compartment comes with a mini ice-tray. The unit is fairly light weight and measures 24.5(h)"x18.5"(w)x17"(l). The price was very reasonable and the staff at the Lake Geneva Sears in WI were knowledgeable and friendly.

As a news reporter, I'm constantly on the go and prefer to "brown bag" lunch. It's easier to do now with this appliance. I no longer worry about food spoiling and I save money in the long-run. This is the perfect item for college students, the den, your office, bedroom, kitchen, workshop, garage or anywhere the convenience of having a refrigerator may be practical. This fridge is the perfect size for my son's dorm room.

Just the right size for my daughter's room at college.

The refridgerator cools nicely, but the downside is that it outputs too much heat in order to create the coolness.  It is located in a medium-sized bedroom, and the entire bedroom temperature is raised by several degrees as a result.  This product would not be satisfactory to those who cannot adjust the single room temperature to make up for the heat output.

I have owned the Kenmore 2.4 cu. ft. refrigerator for about 3 weeks now. I was worried from other reviews that it might be too loud, but it has been wonderful. A few times throughout the day I hear the cooler kick on, but it's low and muffled and hardly noticable. It stays very cold. No leaks in the door. I'm very pleased. Perfect size for me too. It fits perfectly under my desk!
