Kenmore 19.7 cu. ft. Bottom-Freezer-Refrigerator - Simplicity Redefined
Simple and elegant, the Kenmore bottom-freezer refrigerator 6900 doesn’t waste space on frills and fancy features. Its low-cost, energy-efficient design saves you money while providing ample storage space. With 19.7 cu. ft. of interior storage, this refrigerator offers an abundance of split shelves for convenient organization. Two large transparent crisper drawers keep veggies visible, while numerous gallon-sized door bins give you the availability of even more shelf space. As a bonus, even the roomy two-tier bottom freezer provides extra storage in the swinging door. Simple to clean, simple to maintain.
- Gallon door bins easily hold jugs, bottles and gallon containers to help clear the shelves and give you space to stock up.
- Spacious, tight-sealing and designed to control humidity, Kenmore crisper drawers deliver fresh, crunchy fruit and vegetables, so you can stock up on produce.
- Spill-proof tempered glass shelves keep drips, drizzles and spills from spreading throughout the fridge, making cleanup fast and easy.
- Electronic controls combined with a digital display means quick temperature readings and push-button adjustments that are tailored to fit whatever food you're storing.

This is the second Kenmore I bought this year, and I have loved them both. The first one was larger, and purchased just a few weeks before I discovered I needed a divorce. Soooooo, that nice Kenmore was sold with my house. I needed a smaller frig for my new (old) home. This one fits perfectly in the niche, and it holds way more that I will ever need for one person. I'm very happy with the quality of this refrigerator. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.
Perfect design! Fits great in my galley kitchen but the best part is the great interior. Very easy to adjust and seems way larger than it is due to a properly designed interior. The freezer drawer is amazing!
An excellent, efficient, solid, quiet spacious refrigerator. Just what I wanted, to replace a bulky two-door that was more work than I needed. For a single person it's fantastic. Great for medium size family too

We only bought this model b/c it fit the cut out area in the kitchen. The door shelf broke in the first month which was replaced by sears. It is weak and flimsy. The door can hold ketchup and mustard the long bottom shelf cannot handle any weight. Sometime I open the door and the whole shelf just pops off and dressing bottles break. It cannot handle a pickle jar. (I have only owned this item for a few months)
I needed a refrigerator that was small enough to fit in a cove in our 1950's built home but large enough to serve our family. Does the job great - nice looking and plenty of usable space.
We just got this freezer a few weeks ago and it is just fine. I like that we can adjust the shelves on the door as we want, there is plenty of room in both the freezer and the fridge
The unit is excellent and the humidity controlled bins are great. However, I have trouble with the freezer door not closing properly and food starting to defrost. The shelf on the door seems to interfere with items and I lose freezer space. Have not been able to remove the shelf yet.
I bought this unit a week ago, and soon discovered a design flaw. If the refrigerator door is closed not slowly, the air pressure pops out the freezer door ... not far enough to activate the "open door" alarm, but enough to let in room air. The unit then runs continuously and frost forms in the freezer. The freezer door should have a latch to prevent unintentional opening. I have two additional minor complaints. The refrigerator door bins look nice, but the thick walls and rounded corners limit storage space. The freezer pull-out shelf lacks a lip on the far side so that items on the shelf tend to fall down behind the lower bin where they are difficult to retrieve. The unit is nice and quiet when running.
I purchased this fridge in July 2012 and i have not had any problem's with it so far. This is the most user friendly one i have ever had. it is roomy inside and keeps everything at the perfect temperature. i no longer have to bend over to forage and that helps my back a lot. i am a single guy and it is just the right size for me. the bottom freezer model is the best choice since i rarely open the freezer only for ice. I also have a separate small Kenmore chest freezer that i have had for six years that i keep frozen foods in and never had any problems with it either.Kenmore makes great dependable products.
