This refrigerator keeps temp well, runs well and looks good. My only complaint is that it is kind of loud (much louder than the 15 year old frig I replaced it with).
I was initially excited for this fridge because it had virtually every feature I wanted for the best price. However, my online shopping experience was poor and the quality comes closer to reflecting a reconditioned model at $400 rather than an $800 unit direct out of the box. Unlike other reviews, the noise does not bother me. It is relatively quiet although it does make some noises I am not accustomed to. The construction is very poor. Both sides are rippled, the inside is indented, and the piece of sheet metal on the bottom of the unit in the back is installed with an insufficient number of screws, so portions are pulling away from the unit. These are all things I could easily ignore, if it were not for the fact that the light in the fridge does not turn off. The assembly that holds the light and temperature control was installed too far from the door. It made no difference that I appropriatly leveled it. The assembly is designed to hug the contour of the interior, and there is an empty space showing it was not installed forward enough. So now my Energy Star fridge is running a 40 watt bulb 24/7. In addition, why is this unit ALWAYS on sale? I work in retail, and prices eventually go back to the EDLP, unless of course it is a scam to make you think you are getting a unit worth $800. And why are sale start and end dates not referenced anywhere on the product page online? Every other retailer I shopped supplied this information next to the current pricing. I got frustrated with the lack of this information, and the price changing at least 4 times in a 5 day period. This company's practices are questionable at best, which is unfortunate for the employees who were the one bright spot in my buying experience. My first real experience with Sears is definetly my last.

My wife & I bought one of these, had to return it due to a bad door seal. The replacement was a little better, but the freezer temp varied 20 degrees, not good! We then switched to a frigidaire, much better. The customer service dept. is a joke!(if you have a problem, call the store, not c.s.) Sears: k-mart quality without the blue light specials!

We bought this to put in our garage. We knew what we wanted and this fridge more than fits the bill.

Perfect Refrigerator for starter or for an additional refrigerator. For the price point of this refrigerator, it beats other products. It is pretty much a standard refrigerator. Nothing special, but it is amazing!
It's worked for six months now without a problem, but it has always had a weird sound when kicking in or out, (like a rattle - clank) not loud but can be heard when the house is otherwise quiet. (Is it a death rattle?) The door is designed to hold several gallon - milk containers, However, it is visibly pulling the door a little out of shape. Goes back to normal when no milk on door. Freezer works fine. As a whole it's plenty big for 2 people. I checked "Yes" to recommend. But mainly for the price I paid.
