Very good 12" stainless steel skillet!

I had been looking for a good 12" stainless steel skillet for some time, and after comparing prices, I selected the Kenmore. Unlike Cuisinart's Chef's Classic line, this Kenmore skillet is induction suitable (this means that it has a thick aluminum encapsulated disc in the pan's base). The interior is not as glossy as Cuisinart, but I do love the weight of this pan. I have only used it once so far, to toast coconut, and the cleanup was a breeze.

The one issue that I have had so far was the sticker, as the other reviewer stated. This sticker covers most of the skillet's interior surface. After a few minutes of trying to peel the sticker, I was able to raise a section. After that, the remaining sticker came right off, and very little adhesive residue remained.

Overall, I am glad that I purchased this pan, especially considering the value that it offers compared to its low price. The handle stays cool, and while it is a bit heavier, I prefer that to cheap pans that may warp.

Great pan, but label won't come off !

I bought this in the store and it had a big round label glued to the entire bottom of the inside of the pan.  That label is not meant to come off!  I scraped and pried and soaked it several times with ever product I have.  I got a little off, bit by bit, but it will take me hours of frustration and I still may not be able to get it all.  It's ridiculous!  I have been looking all over for a skillet like this, and was excited to use it.  It is a nice pan and well made, but I can't use it if I can't get the label off!  I sadly will have to return it.
