The **** to initiate or terminate oscillation of the fan is a little hard to push in or pull out. Otherwise the fan blows a very sufficient amount of air for all 3 fan speeds!
Better then a box fan from wallymert, some times starts making some shaking noises but that could be a variance of thing causing that . It blows far harder then most fans we have purchased around the 20$ mark and its smaller and quieter. Best 24$ fan NA, worth the cost.

0/5 - Would not buy again. I bought 6 of these. 3 were not powerful enough to push the fan blades, and at least one was not powerful enough to turn the shaft straight out of the box with nothing attached. WFH Sears? Quality control means making sure the item works before you send it out the door. If you have time to return this (possibly more than once), I guess go ahead and purchase? On the plus side, they had them in stock??
Giving this a 3 star because I am a woman and it is not easy to assemble. Took me 45 minutes to assemble it. Bottom plate did not line up and I had to call customer service to find out how to get the **** off the motor shaft because it would not turn. Then had to use a pair of pliers to hold the shaft while I turned the **** to get it off. It really blows powerful even on the low speed. It is very quiet and sturdy. I would recommend not purchasing a fan you have to put together.

the first one i bought i had to exchange because it would make clicking noises when oscillating and get stuck on one side. then it wouldnt work on low. put the new one together today and it makes a very slight clicking sound every time it goes from right to let and vice versa. i am going to take a can of air to it as well as take it apart if need be and grease it up when i have the time. for the price its alright just wish it wouldnt have been a turd the first time around and wouldnt make clicking noises. works well for my desk
