Easy to use. Keeps Room ICE COLD

Just purchased the unit and it works great! I keep the unit on Energy saver and i dont have to touch it, turns on and off when it needs to. This unit was easy to install, i had to purchase a new sleeve for the wall to get proper draining. It is a bit noisy but helps me sleep at night having a subtle hum in the room.

Kenmore a/c
I purchased this a/c on 7/2010. Within 2 years it failed, needing a new compressor, condenser etc. Today it failed again 7/22/13, and is not covered. So, if you think 3 years is ok, go for it! I won't be a Kenmore consumer any longer.

Overall
Kennmore12000 BTU cool,but not quiet.

Unit bought because Frigidar unit unavailable. Cost $100 more for same BTUs. Cools with no effort using remote to control temp. Replace old 1995 General Electric, which cost $150/month to operate. Very Loud, is not in bedroom so I don't mind.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Kenmore Wall AC is Super

Replaced a 3 yr old Kenmore 220 volt AC that was a lemon - noisy and rumbling. This new 220 volt unit is quiet and performed effortlessly through the 100 degree hot spell the last 2 weeks.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Kenmore a/c- nothing but trouble!

We are about to return the 2nd of this model. 1st one the compressor overheated badly- entire unit HOT to the touch! Compressor automatically shut off. Exchanged it. 2nd one- Rm temp @ 82, thermostat turned down to 62- compressor NOT kicking on?? All of this installing/uninstalling/repacking/returning--- What a pain in the neck! No more Kenmore for us!!!

kenmore 12K Thru-Wall A/C

Just bought this AC, store said it was in stock, went to pick it up, But "Was Not in Stock". I had to wait 1 week for the AC unit to come. Put the unit in and plug in - the Display panel blinked twice and locked up, the unit would Not Run. Got the run around and finally was told they could send a tech in 10-14 days. They would not exchange my unit until a technician looked at it. Review by: Sitting in the Heat!

In the wall air conditioner

The biggest problem is the buttons on the unit and also on the remote. The words are so small I have to get a magnifying glass to see them. It seems to cool the room moderately well - not quite as good as my Fredrich. Wish I'd spent the extra money.
