Thought this was a quality item.....used it a few times then the silicone handles started to burn and the coating actually peeled off! The smoke detector sounded and it looked like my house was on fire! I talked to a manager about it and he didn't care, in fact suggested that I just go buy a different brand! So disappointed, I always thought sears was more reliable than that!
These pans have been fine for cookies, but for items with grease or oil the nonstick does not work well. Food like wings, fish sticks and french fries I have to chip off with a spatula. The grease/oil also does not clean off, there are spots baked on that refuse to come off so now the pans always look dirty. The silicone handles do also try to pop out sometimes which is annoying when trying to wrangle them with pot holders or wash them. The stoneware pan I have is much more useful.

When I first bought two of these cookie sheets they were great , Today i have it in my oven at 400 and the rubber grip handle fell off and is laying melted to the bottom of my oven the odor is horrible not to mention the piece melted . i will have to wait until the oven cools to see how easily or hard this is going to come off , without damaging my oven liner!!!!
My husband bought me a whole bunch of kenmore cooking ware and i was a lil worried cuz i have had alot of nonstick stuff tat was just not up to pare. Well let me tell you what not only are the cookie sheets AWESOME but the rest of the cookingware is GREAT too i used the loaf pan witout flouring it and the bread just fell right out of the pan right out of the oven. it was perfect! The cookie sheet is just as Great the cookies slid right off and i only needed a paper towel to clean it. They are truly GREAT cookware!
We purchased 2 Kenmore 11X17 cookie sheets with rubber grip handles from Sears. They were OK for a few weeks then one day the rubber handles started smoking in the oven. It smelled like old rubber tires burning. Our smoke detectors went off and we were choking from the smoke. I had to take them outside and hose them down food and all. We thought they were going to ignite in the oven. I called Sears the other day and the manager couldn't have cared less. He said there was no recall on them and refused to take them back. We have beeen shopping at Sears for over forty years. It's sad that Sears could lose a loyal customer of many years because of $22.03 worth of defective cooking sheets that could have burned our home down not to mention the noxious fumes we had to breath because of rubber handles that were suppose to be able to withstand over 500 degrees. We have never operated our oven anywhere near 500 degrees. I've spent my last nickle at Sears. I ended the conversation with him suggesting he check out other lines of work. Sears would be better served.

After trying most common brands of cookie sheets with little long term success we decided to give the Kenmore Brand a try. We bought one dbefore the holidays and was very impressed with it's performance. Was a very sturdy construction and did not warp or distort in shape under high heat. We used it for a variety of food types. Cookies, wings, and rolls all came out cooked evenly. The cleanup was also extremely easy. Water and a paper towel cleaned all the residue away. We purchase sveral more to give as gifts.
I decided to purchase some new cookie sheets (have been wanting too for a while) and bought a new GE stove, so perfect timing! I baked a batch of cookies tonight and WOW, I could not believe it. Afterwards, the cookies slid right off the pan! I love the grip handles too... Best cookie sheet I ever used and the price was great too! I plan on returning to the store to see if there are matching muffin pans, cake pans, etc and buy 2 smaller cookie sheets! You will not be sorry, just follow directions and you will be very pleased. Don't use Pam on these, you don't need too!
