I bought these pots and pans last week the day after buying a new stove. I thought I would wait until the stove was delivered to use the pans, but decided to use them tonight......The pot I was cooking pasta in started to leak after about 2 minutes. It leaked from the rivots that hold the handles on. They are going back to the store tomorrow!
I picked this set up in the store. I work in industrial engineering, and I was impressed by the weight and quality of this cookware. Solid, well-designed, with outstanding heat dissipation. Overall, this is the best cookware set I've seen.
I was able to snag this item on a Black Friday sale and am so glad I did. I have used every pan since I received them and have not had any issues with uneven cooking or spotting, as long as I use Barkeepers Friend to clean. I like the clear glass lids because I enjoy seeing what I'm cooking. The handles do get warm, but I usually cook with cast iron so I am used to just grabbing handles with a towel or pot holder. For some reason, I was under the impression that the bottoms of the pan would be copper, but there is literally just a band that goes around the bottom. I feel like for the price I paid (around $90) this is a quality set that will last me, at the very least, longer than my nonstick lasted me. I will update this review if I have an issues or problems.

I just love this set! I bought these to replace the hard anodized set I had for only 3 yrs and were already gross. These cook evenly and cleaning them is super easy! I love cooking with them! =)
These pans are nice and heavy. Not the usual that comes out of china these days. I have a set of "new" revereware and the bottoms are so thin that when I used them once they warped. I have not used these pans much yet be I am confident that at least the bottoms will stay true. The edges are a little "sharp" so I will have to be aware but not so sharp that I cut myself. Pleased so far!
Pans (10 piece set) bought August 2013. The pans leak and could be a fire hazard!!! I bought these pans because my mother gave me one a few years ago and and I loved it. I used it everyday and it is still like brand new. The new pans are the same name but not the same quality. Worse, they leak at the handle connections spilling whatever you are cooking onto the stove (be sure it is not oil). They come out of the dishwasher with spots and a film coating while the old Kenmore pan comes out of the same wash spotless. Definitely lower quality but worse not useable due to the leak.
ok everyone ive had my pans for a few years and they look like new! food will not stick if you preheat the pan as dtated in your directions. if you get something that does stick you can use bartenders friend,it also works to renew the look of the copper band. if you want to clean the copper band you can also use tomato sauce. tha acid in the tomato removes the tarnish and makes them look new. if you doubt me take a penny and sit it in a little spaghetti sauce for about 20 minutes and see what happens
