Darn the handle broke
This microwave has been really good for our family, used many times per day, has lots of options, though be careful about leaving it on sensor cooking unattended. Unfortunately, the handle broke after a year and a half, and it shouldn't surprise anyone who considers the cheap plastic handle, which is $41 at Sears Parts Direct, which is ridiculous. So the extended warranty might be a good move. The whole door is $85.

Microwave

Easy to install. Sleek exterior. Door seems a bit flimsy as it doesn't seem to fit tight. I would recommend this product.

inexpensive yet cheap

Its loud, the door came off during installation, but with some work, was able to get it back on. The wall mount is different than older models, so if you are replacing one, you cant just sit this one on the old bracket. It gets the food warm...so it works

Kenmore microwave

We purchased this microwave on clearance and it was a great buy for the product. It fit our needs exactly as we have also purchased a Kenmore range. Nice looking and easy to operate.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Ouch! This installation took forever

First, the under-cabinet template is ambiguous. I made the mistake of cutting along the dotted lines that appear on all four sides. The back (wall side) dotted line is in error causing me to drill cabinet holes in the wrong place. Second, after drilling new cabinet holes and when I pushed the bolt through the hole into the microwave the bolt pushed the flimsy, poorly-designed clip that holds the nut to the microwave into the internals of the microwave, I had to repackage the microwave and take it back to Sears where the helpful staff exchanged it.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Kenmore Microwave

We recently purchased this microwave to replace a similar one made by GE. We specifically looked for a Kenmore since we have several appliances by them and have been very satisfied. This one is no exception. We haven't had it very long, but it does everything we need. We wanted it in Stainless, but would have had to wait over a month for it. So we got it in black, which was in stock. They delivered it, installed it and took away the old one the next day. The price was very good, also. I would recommend this product.

No good already?

Replaced a Kenmore over the range microwave after a little over TWO years. Had GE microwaves at home and work for years. Also, not a small job to replace this appliance. VERY disappointed. Now that I think about it, why did I buy another one with a service contract? Must be the age factor.

Love it

This is a lot better than the 10 month old frigidaire equivalent that we replaced. Cooks a lot faster, looks nicer, easy to install. No complaints on this or any of the kenmore appliances we have purchased recently. To those mentioning the loud buzzer (and omg yes it is INSANE) there is a way to disable that, read your manual.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Microwave Under Cabinet

This unit was installed one that was in the home when built. This unit fit nicely. The finish and appearance completments our other appliances. I has the option of venting outside or inside, which was needed as ours vents inside. The finish and appearance are excellent. Controls and clear and easy to use. I came with a turn table and and a stainless rack to give you a choice, or to do several cooking chores at one time. Also, it has a multi-stage light which is nice. The unit was very quiet compared to the unit being replaced. Ease of set up, settings, and etc. are very straight forward and simple. Would recommend this unit for someone not wanting a microwave/convection combination. This unit was on sale when I purchased it, but the price was not really a decision maker. I think it is a good value for the cost.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
