The microwave is only 1100... I probably should have gotten the 1250, but it does the job. I wish I could change it to let me say how long to run instead of hitting 2 and it running 2 minutes... I'd like to put in1.45 or 2.15, which I can't seem to do.
Bought the Microwave during thanksgiving after my sears bought Sharp microwave stopped working after 6 months. So far this has turned out to be a good investment. As a reminder, always buy the warranty. It is worth it. I recommend this microwave.

Purchased this because the house I just purchased does not have one over the range and not enough space to add one unless you take out cabinets. This has been an easy microwave to use. It does not take up a lot of counter space. It has a variety of automatic features that make it nice to do many things. It is quieter than some others I have had and I really like it.

I love this microwave. It has 1-9 buttons that are preset for that amount of time. The start button will re-start for 30 seconds. It will still fit a 13 x 9 pan but small enough not to look so big on m y counter.
Bought the item online for my mother, only to have the item not working at all the moment it was setup at home. Returned the original item and get the replacement item, which I ended up waiting for almost an hour to actually get the item, only to have item broke down about a week later when I was out of town. Had my mother returned the replacement, had a sales staff convinced my mom that the fault was not the microwave but because there was no surge protector between the microwave and the power source, and talked her into buying a surge protector that I later asked my mom to returned it back because it was not necessary. Still crossing my fingers in hope that third time is a charm...
I heavily research whatever I purchase. These days, it kind of drives me crazy, because there is so much junk out there. And junk is exactly what I found to be the case in the current "microwave world." I've read where most all microwave hardware is coming out of China, and from what I've seen, I'm guessing that's true . . . I really wanted a convection, over-the-range microwave. If there had been one that looked reliable, I would have purchased such. However, I just couldn't bring myself to pay that much for a product that didn't get great reviews. So, in the end, after researching every microwave out there, I settled on this one. Yup - the "Power Level" button doesn't work and the tray is unsteady / wobbly, just like I read in other reviews, but for $150ish, I guess it will have to do for a couple of years - I hope . . . :(
Heats things in a jiffy 30 second auto cooking Tim is great when your in a hurry. When you need to heat something loner it do take as long as you think it does baked potatoes usually 8 to 12 minutes 8 max defrosting frozen foods does it evenly this one of the better microwaves I have owned and I have had several so try it you might be surprised
The particular microwave we bought was defective -- the power-level button did not work. Since we had to return to the store anyway, we decided to return for a refund (the machine just didn't seem to be well-made). The upside is that Sears was easy to deal with for the return.
