This is an excellent product. It is easy to use. Small on size great for a counter top but it is powerful. It has easy to use buttons. The set to gs are just what I wanted. It is a good match in my small kitchen. I would recommend this microwave to anyone needing a small appliance. It was an excellent price too. I used the vehicle delivery and what nice surprise. The delivery fast and efficient.

I have had this microwave less than a year and it is in the trash. First it slides all over the place. The push button to open the door does not work. You have to push the button and use your other hand to pull door open. Then it made terrible noises and smoked. That's when it went to the trash. Went to ******* and bought a $59 West Bend. Much happier. Not even going to try and get the Kenmore replaced.

I did my research and read reviews and came across this microwave. Well worth the extra $10 bucks for the stainless steel version. Great value for the price. Lot of power and comes with 1 year limited warranty. It is a very quiet machine as well.

I purchased the Kenmore 0.9 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave Black, Model # 73099 with high hopes. It performed good without any issues for only two day. Today 12/12/2014 when attempting to open the door, the microwave suddenly turned on by itself and started cooking. I pressed the stop button and it turned off. I attempted again to open the door, and once again the microwave started up on its own, but would NOT turn off when pressing the stop button, so I unplugged it. After a few minutes, I plugged it back in and immediately it turned on by itself and would not turn off. I took it back to Sears for a refund. Kenmore is not a name we can trust anymore. I would hate to think what would have happened to my house and three dogs if this microwave had turned on when we were not home.
