Sears Parts & Repair Services provides services for the entire house, including home maintenance and improvements, cooling and heating systems and product repair and installation. You can rely on us! Master Protection Agreement

The "gold standard" for coverage on products including: home appliances; home electronics; heating and air conditioning systems; and floor care equipment. Primary benefits include*:

  • Quality service provided by Sears Parts & Repair Services professional repair specialists
  • Convenient service available in-home or at a Sears Parts & Repair Service Center (service location depends on agreement coverage)
  • Non-technical and instructional assistance available
  • Replacement guarantee
    • if you experience 4 or more functional repairs during 12 month of continuous coverage or
    • if we are unable to fix it due to unavailability of functional parts or technical knowledge
  • No extra charges for covered repairs. All parts and labor included, even for wear and tear repairs or cosmetic parts (for the first 3 years)
  • 10% discount on regularly priced non-covered parts or service
  • Food loss up to $250
  • Rental reimbursement
  • Annual Preventive Maintenance Check at the customer's request
  • Renewable, transferable and varying contract terms offer maximum flexibility

Repair Protection Agreement

Available on all product lines (including Lawn & Garden and Heating & Cooling Systems)*:

  • Quality service provided by Sears Parts & Repair Services professional repair specialists
  • Convenient service available in-home or at a Sears Parts & Repair Service Center (service location depends on agreement coverage)
  • Non-technical and instructional assistance available
  • Product replacement if we are unable to fix it due to unavailability of functional parts or technical knowledge
  • No extra charges for covered repairs. All parts and labor included, even for wear and tear repairs
  • 10% discount off regularly priced non-covered parts or service, including:
    • Preventive maintenance checks
    • Cosmetic parts
    • Expendable parts
    • Food loss up to $200
  • Renewable, transferable and varying contract terms offer maximum flexibility

Value Protection Agreement

  • A low-cost alternative that provides the same features as the standard Protection Agreement with the following differences:
  • A modest fee* for each repair or preventive maintenance check
  • Comparable product replacement or up to $250
  • No food loss protection

ServiceSmart™ Agreement

The alternative to a paid service call that covers your kitchen and laundry appliances* with a current need for repair. It covers the cost of the initial repair and provides 12 months of protection:

  • $500 repair limit; if the price of repair exceeds $500, you have three options:
    1. Product Replacement - comparable product replacement up to $500
    2. Pay the Difference - repair the product and pay for the amount over $500
    3. Cancel - cancel the agreement for a full refund
  • Food loss protection after the initial repair
